Travel Protection
$61.50 due by November 1 along with completed application (available below). Payment Disclosure 1. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless travel protection was purchased and in place prior to cancelation. 2. All payments after the deposit are to be made directly to the Traventours Travel Company. No payments will be accepted by the RVHS Chorus Boosters beyond the initial deposit. |
All students must have a notarized Medical Release Form on file with Mrs. Stewart. A Notary Public will be available during Ready, Set, SING to notarize your paperwork.

Chaperone Information
All chaperones for for this trip must be cleared by Hillsborough County Schools in order to participate. This includes filling out the chaperone application AND being fingerprinted with Hillsborough County Public Schools. The chaperone is responsible for paying the fees associated with fingerprinting to HCPS.
